Between 1999 and 2007, she was part of the Corporate Finance team at the Spanish investment bank Grupo Financiero Riva y Garcia.

Mr. Gabriel Roig Zapatero

Since 2003, Gabriel Roig has held various executive positions at Laboratorios Reig Jofre, a pharmaceutical company listed on the main market in Spain. He spent the first thirteen years of his career within the company as CFO, later becoming COO in 2017. He had previously held different positions in finance in different sectors.

He is a shareholder and board member of Ciganga S.L., a family office with real estate investments in offices and industrial land.

Mr. Maxim Soloshchanskiy has more than 3 years of consulting experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in financial institutions and heavy industries (oil, gas, metals and mining), and 5 years of experience in the management of Migrit Energija, the largest private producer of solar energy in Croatia. Since May 2019, Mr. Maxim Soloshchanksiy has been a co-investor in NextCity Veterans Development, a Chicago-based real estate fund with assets valued at US$ 8 million.

Mr. Carlos Pérez-Baz Hernández

Bachelor of Law and Diploma in Business Administration from the University of “Alcalá de Henares and the Luis Vives CEU Higher Education Center”, in 2002. In addition, he holds a degree in the Higher Program of Management of Real Estate Companies by the University “Instituto de Empresa” in 2007, Master in Taxation by the “Centro de Estudios Garrigues” in 2010 and Title of University Expert in Insurance Mediation by the “UNED – Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia-”, also in 2010. In addition to this, Member of the Madrid Bar Association (I.C.A.M.) since 2011.

Carlos defines himself as a Lawyer with passion for the Real Estate, related to the industry since January 2005, when he became part of ROAN CONSULTANCY (National Real Estate Consultancy) in the International Investment Area, until 2007 when he joined Cushman & Wakefield, -formerly DTZ – leading the Investment Department, first in its International Area and later in the National.

Since July 2010, Carlos has been part of the Real Estate Investment Department of Mutualidad General de la Abogacía, and is currently Head of the Department. In this last stage, he has managed the acquisition of 25 real estate assets for a total value of more than € 600 million and the divestment of 24 real estate assets for a global value of over € 227 million. In addition, he is part of the Board of Directors of the following Entities, on behalf of the Mutualidad General de la Abogacia: Inbest Prime IV Inmuebles Socimi S.A, Value Plus Properties S.A. and Advero Socimi Properties.
